Elite Camp will consist of 90 minute group workout for boys and girls 7th grade and above. These workouts will cover multiple aspects of the game, will be fast paced and very demanding. The Camp will be led by Iowa CornShark Coaches. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a positive attitude for our workouts.
